O.K. I know there are people in your lives that you may not care for and would rather not be around. Do you have people in your lives that you can just tell they don't like YOU? There are 2 people right now in our lives that.....I just can't figure it out and it even keeps me up at night wondering what did I do? There is a gal who I see at school functions, church, grocery, we even use the same hair dresser....so in this small community we run into each other alot, however, I get the feeling she would much rather get the gum off the bottom of her shoe than to talk to me. I for some reason am a nusence to her...why???? I have no idea... we don't work together in committees I am fairly new in the groups and committees when we do run into each other. I am nice and polite so go figure.
There is another person that I am convinced does not like Jacob. ( who could not like him?) So I find myself not taking Jacob to places where they would be together. This is an adult and a school teacher...is she just tired? Is Jacob to smart for her and she feels threatened? Jacob marches to his own beat most of the time and does not fit into "the box" very well.
So, I ask Do we really have to like each other all the time? Do we have to be friends with everyone? What about people from the past? Do you feel guilty (as i do) if you lose contact with them? Are there people out there that may think YOU do not like them?
Just a random thought on a Thursday...
Have a great day!!!
Say hello and smile to everyone today!!

Julie as your little brother I really don't like you, no I like you. I was reading back in Brads blog the other day when our father passed away. You wrote about a woman that had said something about dad when you where working the poles and said you felt sorry for her because she had never really met dad. My point being when people would meet dad they always got a good look at christ. He was not one to talk the talk but one to walk the walk. You also wrote about the homeless man at KFC and how dad ate lunch with him every Tuesday. He didn't do this so the man would like him. He did that becuase that was the man that he was. Point being be yourself. Everything else will fall in to place.
